What is the difference between authenticity and integrity




















We need only look back in our history to see a blazing trail of truly authentic people with the courage of daring to be who and what they were born to be. Authenticity and Integrity are essential ingredients for living a life of happiness and emotional freedom. Perhaps the simple act of being who you are and living your life as a daring and radiant expression of who you really are is the greatest accomplishment of all.

This is Integrity … self-honesty in action … showing up as authenticity. She is also an accomplished author, speaker, and facilitator, hosting workshops, seminars and lectures in North America and Internationally.

Following a successful career as an entrepreneur, mentor and coach, she made a conscious choice to shift her focus to one she was passionate about and one with a stronger bottom line than simply commerce for commerce sake. Over the past fifteen years she has developed her own programs for assisting others in the process of self-discovery and personal transformation.

Daunting though this task might be, the rewards should not be underestimated. To consciously choose yourself is the first step to becoming a "self". Embracing your authenticity is the only way to become "you" and being "you" is the greatest asset you have when it comes to being a leader. It's your "self" that others will be inspired by, connect with and ultimately trust.

It's your "self" that they will follow. The good news is that if you are fully authentic, you never have to go through the process of revealing who you are.

True authenticity doesn't require you to tell anyone else what your values are, because everyone will be able to see your values in the way you live your life.
